We will explore the many ways to use a single ingredient in an appetizer, entree and dessert. The main ingredient will be…chickpeas! We will think outside the hummus tub to make this humble bean into a variety of dishes. Leslie Wicks, FARMS educator, will show you just how versatile this legume can be. The cost of the class is $15.00, which includes a generous sampling of the dishes and take-home recipes. This hands-on class will be held on Wednesday, August 16 from 6:00-7:30pm.
