FARMS Granola

8 cups Maine rolled oats
2 cups raw wheat germ
1 cup coconut
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup water

Mix dry ingredients together.  Add the water/oil/syrup mixture to the oats.   Place on 2 cookie sheets with sides.  Slow bake in oven at 250 degrees for 50 minutes, stir and bake another 50 minutes.
