Scratch Cooking

Cooking from scratch can save you money and help you make healthier food choices. FARMS educator Leslie Wicks will show us how to create simple, user-friendly recipes for foods that many people often purchase at the grocery store like: yogurt, butter, cheese (paneer/ricotta) and some condiments.  The cost of the class is $15.00, which includes a generous sampling of the dishes and take-home recipes.  This hands-on class will be held on Tuesday, August 1 from 6:00-7:30pm.  ‚Äč
